Project "SELFIEmployment"
SELFIEmployment is the new national revolving fund sponsored by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, as the Authority of Management PON EU "Youth Employment Initiative" and "Active policies Systems for Employment".
With an initial budget of 114.6 million euro, it provides soft loans without interest for members of the Youth Guarantee Program (Garanzia Giovani), that want to start a business.
Who can access the Fund?
The extent of the recipients are enrolled in Youth Guarantee (www.garanziagiovani.gov.it) who have already taken the specific accompanying path towards self stated in the Program (measure 7.1).
The public notice indicates, then, the minimum real age 18 years up to a maximum of 29 years, pointing out that the requirements to meet qualifications of the NEET are not entering into a regular course of study or training, including traineeships curricular or extracurricular, together with the possession of the state of unemployment or inactivity.
Applications for funding may be submitted by companies consist of no more than 12 months in one of the following forms:
sole proprietorships
Partnerships where the legal representative, in possession of the subjective requirements illustrated, must hold the absolute majority of shares.
Cooperative societies with a maximum of nine members where absolute numerical majority and the shares, and the President must be in possession of the subjective requirements outlined.
Professional associations and professional firms, formed entirely by people in possession of the subjective requirements illustrated.
You will have access to the financing of the Fund to companies falling in these categories which are being set up, but you need to commit themselves to improve the memorandum within 60 days after the admission decision to the benefit.
The initiatives may relate to all areas of production of goods, provision of services and trade, also in franchise form.
What are the benefits?
The loans granted by the Fund does not determine interest and will not be secured by any form of collateral and / or signed, providing for a seven-year amortization schedule.

How to access?
Mahasara Italia ONG will forward the necessary documentation to the assessment procedures and recognition of subsidy. Applications may be submitted electronically from 1 March 2016 and will be considered in chronological order of presentation, until the funds are exhausted. Mahasara Italia ONG will communicate the outcome of the application within 60 days of evaluation.
